Square sync troubleshooting

Common alerts/errors

Failed to sync inventory for [Product name].
Reason: The product may not exist, may be deactivated, or may not have a matching product name/SKU in either inFlow or Square.
Solution: Ensure the product exists on both the inFlow and Square sides with a matching product name.
You have duplicate product/variation name(s) in Square.
– OR –
You have duplicate product/variation SKU(s) in Square.
Reason: There are multiple copies of the same products with the same name or SKU in either inFlow or Square.
Solution: Remove or rename the duplicate products/SKUs in both inFlow and Square, then resync from the inFlow integration settings.
Product details push failed for product.
Reason: Selecting Push now to sync products while inFlow is already pushing product details to Square can cause this error.
Solution: Your Square products are still syncing. Try again shortly.
The item ‘[Product name]’ was not added from the Square catalog. Orders containing non-catalog items cannot be synced to inFlow.
Reason: Most likely, the item was added to the order via the API or outside of the Square product catalog. Orders containing non-catalog items cannot be synced to inFlow.
Solution: If the order is already completed in Square, it cannot be updated. Please recreate the order in inFlow, as it will not be pulled automatically, and then dismiss the error.
