How do I choose between inFlow Inventory, Manufacturing, and Stockroom?

inFlow Inventory is the product that’s right for most businesses. 
It has everything you need to manage inventory, purchases, and sales in one system. 
Choose inFlow Inventory if you’re in field service, B2B wholesale, or distribution.



inFlow Manufacturing has all of those same features and adds manufacture orders, bill of materials, and operations. 
Choose inFlow Manufacturing if you build new products from components or raw materials, or if you regularly sell kits or bundles. 



inFlow Stockroom is a scan-in and scan-out inventory solution with a focus on speed and simplicity.
Choose inFlow Stockroom if you need a really easy solution for tracking consumables or office supplies.

How many sales orders are included?

inFlow Inventory and Manufacturing plans includes a set number of sales orders based on your billing cycle (monthly or annual). inFlow Stockroom doesn’t include sales orders.



If you exceed that number during your billing cycle, you’ll simply pay 0.20 USD for each extra order.

Your sales order limit resets monthly or annually based on your billing cycle.

Is inFlow GDPR and SOC 2 compliant?

Yes, inFlow is compliant with the latest GDPR legislation and audited annually to maintain SOC 2 compliance. 

Your data is safely stored using 256-bit SSL encryption backed by Microsoft Azure.

Is there any training or onboarding for inFlow?

Most inFlow plans require you to purchase an onboarding package for a one-time fee.

The base package provides check-in sessions with your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM can show you the most helpful parts of inFlow for your needs and set realistic goals for a go-live date. You can also purchased more advanced packages that provide one-on-one training as well.

Regardless of your onboarding package, you can also hire our team for data importing or training at an hourly rate.

How is support different from onboarding?

Ongoing technical support is included with each inFlow subscription. After onboarding your support team can help you with any troubleshooting or technical issues.

If you need to contact support you can use our on-site chat or email support@inflowinventory.com. Customers with expanded support can also schedule Zoom meetings for troubleshooting.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

After your trial ends, you’ll need to subscribe to a plan to continue using inFlow.

But if you need a bit more time, just reach out to sales@inflowinventory.com.

How do I buy or subscribe right now?

If you already know inFlow is right for you, that’s great! Simply sign up for a trial and wait for an email from us.

Once you’ve verified your email address and loaded the web app, you can pay for a plan by going to Main menu -> Options -> Account.

Can I change, upgrade or downgrade my plan?

If you’re switching between products, please success@inflowinventory.com. 

But if you’re switching your plan, you can do that at any time (just use the web app).

If you upgrade to a higher plan, you’ll pay the difference in plan costs on that date. 


If you switch to a lower plan your new lower price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. 

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your inFlow subscription, you can follow the steps outlined in our Learning Center article.

If you cancel within your first 30 days, just contact your Customer Success Manager or email us at success@inflowinventory.com for a full refund.
