This is a company that you can actual talk to real humans that are knowledgeable and can quickly resolve any issue. You can tell immediately you are not talking to someone reading a script on how to resolve an issue.

We have been expanding year after year and Inflow has helped keep track of Purchase orders, customer orders, and inventory. Cycle counts have become more accurate and that’s what I enjoy the most about Inflow.

One day a few weeks ago, I was doing a pick list. And our sublocations in main warehouse…you kinda had to know it, going into the pick list. I literally wanted to hug someone when inFlow showed me in the dropdown where I had inventory.

It has been a pleasant surprise how smooth the inFlow implementation has actually been for our business.

We’ve started using the Stockroom feature for our inventory cabinets, and I just finished training my coworkers on it. So far, it’s going well; we’re only a few days in, but I’m confident it will greatly improve our inventory management.

I was initially concerned it might be too complicated for some of our older team members to learn, as change can sometimes be challenging.

However, the app’s simplicity has made it easy to adopt, and I’m confident it will soon become a routine part of our daily operations.

It is comprehensive in terms of data retention of all inputs, with a wide variety of inputs.

Re-order levels is good and tracking history and ability to transfer directly to accounting is great.
