We’ve started using the Stockroom feature for our inventory cabinets, and I just finished training my coworkers on it. So far, it’s going well; we’re only a few days in, but I’m confident it will greatly improve our inventory management.
I was initially concerned it might be too complicated for some of our older team members to learn, as change can sometimes be challenging.
However, the app’s simplicity has made it easy to adopt, and I’m confident it will soon become a routine part of our daily operations.

The Samaritan Inn was using a “system” that utilized Macro Enabled Spreadsheets and an Access Database for Resident Orders, Intake of Donations, Inventory and Reporting.
[…] During our Donations Intake process we would count each item based upon the previous system unit of measure (Oz, Item, etc.) and log it on a paper form. Since we have about 450 items the paper form was 5 pages front and back. This effort could take up to 2+ hours depending on what was being received.
[…] InFlow enabled us to change our unit of measure and utilize a PO to perform intake with the Mobile application. What used to take 2+ hours now take approximately 30 minutes or less which allows the inventory data to be real-time and accurate.
