With inFlow Inventory, we’ve added 3 different ways for you to access your inventory data. First, you’ll need an inFlow Inventory account! Sign up for an inFlow Inventory account to get started.

Once you’ve gone through the setup process, you can access your data in three ways, as long as you have a working internet connection: the web app, the Windows app, or the mobile app.

inFlow Inventory for Web

After signing up for inFlow, you can log into inFlow Inventory for Web from here: app.inflowinventory.com

To learn more about editing information via inFlow for Web, click the corresponding feature below:

To manage your team members and account subscriptions. You can also log in to https://app.inflowinventory.com using any web browser. You can also access this page through the inFlow Inventory for Windows app by going to Main Menu > Options > Settings > Manage your account and team.

inFlow Inventory for Windows

This is where you can see the bulk of your data—products, customers, orders, etc.! If you’re already an inFlow Inventory user, you’ll be familiar with this interface, as it has the same look and functionality.

inFlow Inventory for Android / iOS

The inFlow Inventory mobile app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Once you’ve downloaded it, enter your inFlow Inventory email address + password to sign in.

The mobile application allows you to adjust stock levels (either by scanning or manually), look up/edit customers, look up/edit product details, check stock levels, and create/fulfill orders.

You’ll need to create an inFlow dataase on inFlow for Web before logging into the mobile app.
