The Samaritan Inn was using a “system” that utilized Macro Enabled Spreadsheets and an Access Database for Resident Orders, Intake of Donations, Inventory and Reporting.

[…] During our Donations Intake process we would count each item based upon the previous system unit of measure (Oz, Item, etc.) and log it on a paper form. Since we have about 450 items the paper form was 5 pages front and back. This effort could take up to 2+ hours depending on what was being received.

[…] InFlow enabled us to change our unit of measure and utilize a PO to perform intake with the Mobile application. What used to take 2+ hours now take approximately 30 minutes or less which allows the inventory data to be real-time and accurate.

Inventory control–with google sheets we were loosing transactions because of the sheets loading and data being lost. We can now manage inventory for over 2000 products with a push of a button.

I had an easy time setting it up. It took a long time because we have so many parts but in the end was so worth it!

I’ve been using it for about 2.5 months and have not had any problems.

Overall, great! the support is good, the program is straightforward enough for my whole team to use with varying technological ability.

An inventory system for those that do not want to spend unnecessary time doing inventory.

This is a system that takes way all unnecessary embellishing things and is clear, and organized and to the point.

We will save a lot because of the overhead managing a mid market ERP system. It is also so fast compared to our old system.

Working in the browser in the cloud is great! We have been very happy with the [QuickBooks] integration.
